As my child's parent or guardian, I consent to provide only true and accurate information to the best of my knowledge.

I will not share any information about families registered inside the TeamUp platform. TeamUp does not share personal information with outside parties.

TeamUp is not responsible for incidents involving any person who has not been documented through the TeamUp platform.

For privacy and safety, I agree not to provide personal phone numbers, addresses, or email addresses. I agree to keep communications concerning TeamUp events inside the TeamUp application and avoid using third-party communication methods until the participating parents or guardians agree that a trusted relationship has been established.

I agree not to disclose information about my child's school, relatives, or any location where my child spends more than 20% of their time.

TeamUp has no ability to track communications conducted outside its messaging platform and would not be able to provide assistance in the event of an emergency.
